I started my journey as a talent recruiter in the CR industry. I figured that the demands of skills and knowledge from the industry are not sufficiently met through the university curriculums. My interest grew in the technical aspects of CR as I constantly juggle with the CR companies' changing demands for candidates' expertise. Gradually, I developed a good understanding of the CR domain and acquired in-depth knowledge from experts. This knowledge and expertise have broaden my role as an Educator in addition to a Mentor. I run industry certified diploma programmes in CR.
